Description

Timber with high moisture content between 40%-60% depending on the duration from which the timber is harvested. This kind of timber is susceptible to rotting and bending as the wood lose moisture. We advise clients to use very good carpenters when using this kind of timber because if poorly braced or reinforced, the roof is prone to sagging or collapse automatically.
